This morning, I ran into Mary Lou Retton at the grocery store.
Ok, it wasn’t the real Mary Lou. But right there in the cereal aisle was the iconic image of Retton wearing the stars and stripe leotard at the 1984 Olympic Games.
Earlier this month, Wheaties launched its Wheaties Retro series with boxes featuring Retton, Muhammed Ali and Bruce Jenner. Read the press release about the limited edition boxes here.
